Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

  • Within Bangladesh: We deliver nationwide through reliable courier partners such as Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, Sundarban Courier Service, SA Paribahan, and others.
  • International Shipping: We deliver globally using trusted international couriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
  • Outside Dhaka (all over Bangladesh): 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 5–15 business days (depending on destination and customs procedures)

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, size, and delivery destination of your parcel. The total shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking number if available from the selected courier service. Some courier partners may not provide tracking options, in which case we will keep you updated on your delivery status manually upon request.

International Shipping Policy

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PREMJoy has no control over these additional costs and cannot predict their amount in advance.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete package, please contact us immediately with photos of the parcel and items received. We will investigate the issue and ensure a proper resolution as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related issues. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
