Refund policy
At PREMJoy, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, so we offer a simple exchange-only policy within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please read the following terms carefully before requesting an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Products that are returned used, washed, damaged, or without proper packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Reasons
We accept exchange requests for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- Customer preference changes (e.g., size, color, or design not as expected).
Exchange Process
- Contact us at support@premjoy.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Mention your order number, the reason for exchange, and attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return shipping details.
Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to our mistake (defective, damaged, or wrong item), PREMJoy will cover both-way shipping.
- For all other exchanges (change of mind, size, or design preference), the customer is responsible for both-way shipping costs.
Replacement & Availability
- If the desired replacement product is available, we will process your exchange promptly.
- If it is unavailable, we will help you choose from our current designs.
- If you do not find any suitable replacement, a refund may be issued only in such rare cases where the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- If the exchange is due to personal preference, no refund will be issued. You may select another product of equal or higher value. If the replacement item’s price is lower, the remaining amount cannot be refunded.
Store Credit
In rare cases, if an exchange cannot be processed immediately, we may issue a store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
Important Notes
- We do not offer cash refunds except in cases of genuine defects where replacement is unavailable.
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- PREMJoy reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
